The GDCC Bank presents an easy and hassle-free way of applying for PAN Cards
We have made an arrangement with UTI Technology Services Ltd (UTI - ITLSL) to issue PAN card through all our branches. PAN card application form can be collected from any of our branches.

How to Apply
1. Collect the PAN Card application from any of our Branches.
2. Fill up the application, affix a photo and submit it to your nearest The GDCC Bank Branch.
3. Instructions for filling up the application are available in the application form itself. (Pages 3 & 4) you submit copy of any other Identity Proof/Address proof (list of documents given in Page No.4 of Application Form).
4. You will be provided a signed acknowledgement. The Processing Fee Coupon number will be intimated separately wherever mobile numbers are available.
5. When the PAN Cards are ready they will be despatched to you directly
6. We will be accepting application for PAN from resident customers only.
Documents required for PAN Card Application:
You can get your PAN card by simply filling up the application form and submitting the same at any of our branches along with the following documents:
1. Self attested Proof of Address (POA).
2. Self attested Proof of Identity (POI).
3. Two copies of recent photograph.
